Today she is an international instructor in artistic airbrushing and creative design, an international instructor in hair reconstruction, and an accredited judge for many well-known associations, communities, and alliances — including the prestigious PMU Beauty Arabia World, Worldwide Browista 2027, AMWC Dubai, and GABI Alliance. She evaluates competitors' work according to international criteria and knows from the inside what distinguishes a strong competitive piece from one that is simply beautiful. How It All Began It all began with artistic talent. Olga started her career as a young artist, and her sense of composition, color, and form became her primary professional tool. Her passion for the craft led her to professional courses and advanced training programs, and over time — to related areas of the beauty industry: hair reconstruction, lash extensions, and lamination. This broad perspective on the industry later made her an expert who sees the work as a whole. From Competitor to Coach of Champions After completing her training, Olga deliberately entered the international arena and shifted her focus from personal victories to preparing champions. She gathered a large team of students and developed a training system that conveys not only technique but the entire competition preparation strategy — from choosing the right category to presenting the finished work. Competition Achievements Multiple champion in nail extensions and design: more than 260 gold, 40 silver, and 25 bronze awards; multiple GRAND PRIX title holder (2016–2020); more than 15 team awards in the categories "Team Grand Prix", "Best Coach", and "Best National Team Coach"; more than 30 awards received as an invited judge at championships of various organizations; 2019 — title of "Best Coach and Organizer of the Year" at the international championship "Golden Istanbul"; 2020 — title of "Best Co-Organizer of the Beauty Championship in Dubai"; more than 145 awards between 2021 and 2026. Judge and Mentor Experience on both sides of the judges' table — as a competitor and as an accredited judge on international platforms — allows Olga to explain judging criteria in a language every master can understand. She trains new generations of judges, instructors, and competitors, evaluates their work, prepares them for international competitions, and supports her students on their path to results. As President of the IEEBA Association, Olga — together with a large and talented panel of judges valued worldwide for the association's reputation — has created a space where masters of various specializations can grow and receive well-deserved recognition.

Danyil Vasilchenko serves as Chief Executive Officer of IEEBA, Official Representative of the Association in Norway, and a Member and Resident of the Association. He has been part of IEEBA since 2026. He provides overall leadership of the Association: setting strategic priorities, coordinating the work of its structural divisions, and representing IEEBA internationally. He is responsible for developing the Association’s presence in Norway, strengthening partnerships, and supporting its residents and members. Combining the roles of executive leader and community member, he ensures a holistic approach to the organisation’s development — from strategic decision-making to tangible results. Let's get acquainted. My name is Tetiana Kalyakina. I am from the city of Zaporizhzhia. I entered the nail industry by chance. At first, I just wanted to do manicures for myself, and I really enjoyed it. However, after watching free tutorials online, I realized that this information was not enough for me. I had many questions and needed proper answers. Then I understood that I could only get those answers from professionals in this field. So, I enrolled in manicure courses — that's how it all began. After completing the courses, I became so fascinated by this work that later I started taking clients. With every new training, every marathon I joined, my passion for my work grew stronger each month. After the war began, I was forced to go abroad with my child. There I had more opportunities to devote time to my favorite craft. Thanks to Raisa Martynova, I took part in a championship. She filled me with confidence, told me that my work was good and that I had potential. Her support inspired me so much that I decided to participate in the championship. At my very first championship, I won first place. Then came other championships — in Germany, in Paris. Later in 2024, I completed training as an instructor with the European Association of Nail Masters (IEEBA).
